Would suggest that you need to get a specialist inspection as soon as possible!</description>

		<description>i live in a rented property and befour i contact the owner re this was asking for some advice to give you a bit of history the property has just recently had the  main kitchen and loung and entrance hall joist and flooring replaced as the joists were rotten and damp since then the area which they did not peplace under stairs has had a light red dust covering everywere and if i sweep it up its back next day some people have says its wood lice can you explain  its a very dry fine red dust covering everything up to the electric metre and also in porch coming out bottom of pipe boxing which goes down under floor thanks mr w wallace</description>
