At Timberwise we know that it is an established fact that in the construction industry no two projects, nor set of conditions, or remedial works required are ever the same.
With this in mind we know that the success of any remedial work involves specifying and carrying out the correct remedial treatments for each and every job. To do this it is essential that we stay fully up to date with new techniques and products to allow us to achieve this goal.
Injection technologies are relatively unknown in the UK but are commonly used throughout Europe and the rest of the world
We know that injection work depends on the combination of using the right materials, equipment and ensuring our staff has the knowledge and expertise from the initial specification to the application. Any injection materials we use will be capable of achieving the desired objectives. The equipment we use will be capable of efficiently delivering the materials to their destination and our staff will have the training and experience to combine all these elements to satisfy our clients’ needs. Together, Timberwise and the chemical manufacturer MC have the experience, know-how and technology to provide project specific injection systems for the construction and concrete repair sectors.
Timberwise have an ongoing training procedure to provide a solid basis for all our staff who need to keep up to date with the latest developments in this highly specialised area.
Our trained teams can give up to the minute effective solutions to typical problems encountered on site, e.g.
Using tried-and-tested materials and the latest application techniques.
WATERPROOFING
Waterproofing Lift Pits.
Sealing construction joints in new build and old buildings .i.e.:
Stop water flow under high and low pressure.
Installing a damp proof membrane behind a structure

STRUCTURAL
Ground Stabilization
Cracks repairs in a concrete structure
Internally bonding of rubble filled walls.
Cracks
For the sealing of cracks Timberwise can inject a highly elastic, cold flexible and fireproof seal, with environmentally friendly properties.
For a rigid bonding of cracks we can inject an epoxy-based resin that fulfills highest engineering standards.
Leaking Joints
Some Joint constructions are not always able to cope with constant movement in combination with in situ water pressure. In such cases we can inject a polymer-reinforced hydro structure resin. Thanks to modern injection technology it is possible to repair even those joints that are not directly accessible. Our extremely elastic hybrid resin has excellent mechanical properties and counteracts pressuring water through isotropic expansion. This resin has also been awarded several environmental certificates.
Damp Surfaces
You need to waterproof large damp surfaces of structural components, but useful areas and superstructures are preventing access to the exterior surfaces? A method that has proven useful in such difficult cases is the subsequent waterproofing of the adjoining soil by placing an injection behind the structural component. A long-lasting, very low-viscosity hydro structure resin with a quick and highly controllable reactivity can be injected precisely into predefined areas – without any negative effect on the surrounding soil!
Insufficiently Load-bearing Undergrounds
An insufficiently load-bearing underground can be the cause of cracks and leakages in the building structure. Another area in where Timberwise can offer a solution. A stable specialty resin with easily controllable reactivity and final properties is ideal to restore the load-bearing capacity of a building. It is one of those reaction resins with outstanding environmental compatibility.
Timberwise are an approved MC Building Chemical installer, one of only a handful of specialists in the UK with this waterproofing technology and expertise. For more information on injection waterproofing or to arrange a survey call 0800 0199 213 or click here.
