Who is the PCA?
The Property Care Association (PCA) is the trade association representing timber and damp specialists across the UK. PCA members have met strict membership criteria to demonstrate their technical competence and service delivery standards who can be trusted to resolve problems affecting buildings such as rising damp, woodworm and fungal decay.
What is CSTDB?
The Certificated Surveyor in Remedial Treatments (CSRT) qualification, which is held by Timberwise Surveyors and delivered by the Property Care Association, has now been re-named Certificated Surveyor of Timber & Dampness in Buildings (CSTDB).
