Roy Higginson is a highly experienced specialist in structural repairs, property preservation and basement waterproofing, with an outstanding career spanning almost 50 years in the property care industry. Holding both the CSRT (Certificated Surveyor in Remedial Treatments) and CSSW (Certificated Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing) qualifications, Roy has built a reputation for delivering practical solutions to complex property issues across domestic and commercial sectors.
Since starting his career in 1977, Roy has gained extensive hands-on experience in structural stabilisation, including piling, underpinning and railway infrastructure projects. His work has taken him throughout the UK and internationally, including projects in Cyprus, Sweden and Ireland, providing him with a broad understanding of construction methods, structural performance and remedial techniques.
Originally from Liverpool and now living in Warrington, Roy supports Timberwise clients on a national basis. His vast experience, technical knowledge and problem-solving ability make him exceptionally well placed to assist clients with a wide range of structural and property preservation challenges. His practical approach and attention to detail help clients make informed decisions with confidence.
