Our surveyors are located throughout England and Wales and as a result of them being located in every corner of the country, it means you are never far from the skills and specialist knowledge of one of our surveyors.
Our surveyors undergo thorough in-house and external training in order to gain the recognised qualification, the CSRT (Certified Surveyor in Remedial Treatment). They are capable of surveying the most complex of commercial properties, as well as smaller ones.
All surveyors involved in waterproofing hold the recognised qualification of CSSW.

All our teams within our Regional Offices are skilled and experienced in handling your calls and any queries that you may have. In house training keeps them upto speed with changes in administrational procedures and customer care making your experience with Timberwise run smoothly. From the first initial phone call to the production of your Guarantee our aim is your satisfaction every step of the way!
Our customer services teams have a wealth of experience helping with survey availability and customer accounts- they are available from 9am until 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Our Technicians
Timberwise treatments are carried out by the Company’s own experienced operatives who are fully trained in the specialist techniques required to carry out remedial treatment and waterproofing. Just as important, through years of experience, our technicians know how to care for both your or your customers property. Our technicians are loyal to Timberwise. On average, our technicians have been with Timberwise for over 15 years.
