What We are Looking For
What we want to see from any applicant looking to join us as an apprentice is an eagerness to learn.
Your skill level doesn’t matter. Whilst of course it would be an advantage if you had experience within your chosen sector, the greatest assets we can ask for are confidence in yourself, and a willingness to learn.
We don’t expect you to be an expert, we just want you to be enthusiastic. Your apprenticeship is a chance for you to grow into your role within the workplace, gaining valuable experience as you go. As long as you are able to remain enthusiastic and committed to the learning process that goes along with being an apprentice then you will have a long and steady future within the Timberwise team.
We also want all of our new starters to have a firm grasp of the core values that Timberwise holds. You can view these online, but for every role that we fill we look out for someone who can represent our core business values both internally and externally.
You can apply to our apprentice roles online, or give the team a call to learn more about our available positions by ringing 0800 781 4879
