Do you charge for a survey?
Some homeowner surveys may be subject to a survey cost ( e.g pre-purchase surveys ). The cost exactly is relative to a number of variables, including property size, location, and availability.  Our customer service team will be able to advise you on exact costs and any other queries you may have.
Do you cover my area?
No matter where you are, we have surveyors throughout England and Wales making sure we can always reach you. Our surveyors will be local to you meaning they have a great understanding of the surrounding area – vital to a thorough survey. You can view our surveyors in your region by clicking here.
How soon can you come out?
We will visit your property typically within a week, however, under peak periods it may be longer. If you have special circumstances we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Our mortgage lender has requested a damp and timber report. Is this something you can provide?
A majority of building surveyors will recommend a damp and timber report.  This is common practice and Timberwise has been providing this service for over 50 years.
Are you PCA registered?
Timberwise are full members of the Property Care Association, so you can be confident that you will receive a report that gives an accurate picture of the damp and timber within the property  
Do you use your own employed technicians?
All Timberwise technicians are heavily trained in-house. We only ever use subcontractors when specialist requirements are needed.
Can you collect keys from the estate agent?
Our team will do our best to work around you. If that means picking up keys from a certain location, no problem!
Do you offer Insurance Backed Guarantees?
All specialist work undertaken by Timberwise can be covered by long-term guarantees. This gives you the peace of mind that should the solution provided by Timberwise fail your property is covered.
