Once you have booked your survey with our team, our PCA-qualified surveyor will visit your property to carry out a number of assessments designed to accurately determine the specific type of woodworm present, the extent of it’s infestation, as well as the damage to your timber.
We will check for signs of an active infestation, like exit holes, frass, or weakened timber. Once our surveyor has all of the information they need regarding the woodworm infestation, they will turn their attention to your timber, recording where any repairs or replacements need to be made following the woodworm treatment.
Once our surveyor has finished they will collect their findings into a clearly written report, which will be delivered to you once complete. This report will include all the discoveries made by our surveyor, with the recommended woodworm treatment works to be carried out by our technicians, as well as any timber repairs or replacements outlined with delivery times and a clear, no-obligation quote included.
