How to arrange your FREE Survey

Our Free Surveys are only available to homeowners. Some surveys may be subject to a survey fee ( for example pre-purchase surveys ) however, we will advise if there are any costs attached to the survey when we get in touch. Don’t worry, by completing the form, you’re not committing to a survey. Our team will give you a call as soon as possible to talk through your request and then discuss booking a survey, arranging the most convenient time for you.

Terms and conditions for Free Surveys:

1) The free survey offer is available on surveys for damp and timber related issues. (Excluding surveys as part of the home buying process,  Condensation consultations and Property Health Checks) Other surveys are at the discretion of Timberwise. 2) The offer is open to domestic owner occupiers only and must not be used in conjunction with any other offers. 3) To receive a free survey the survey request must be submitted through the survey request form on this page. 4) We reserve the right to vary or terminate the offer at any time without notice. 5) Timberwise Quotations are only valid for a 28 day period following the date of issue.
