Your days might be incredibly varied, but you will always be ready to provide an expert opinion on what a properties problems might be, or could be depending on an owners actions.
You will be directly responsible for making sure that the customer decides to take the next step with Timberwise, and that they make the decision to go with us for the remedial works you outline in your report.

What You Can Expect
As a surveyor, you will be connected to larger regional team, but the majority of your time will be spent out visiting locations in need of surveying services. This might mean one day you visit a number of domestic homes, and the next you could be walking through a stately home on the hunt for woodworm.
You need to be ready to adapt to all kinds of different environments whilst surveying – we can provide all the gear, but you will be the one on the scene, ready to help.
Once your work surveying is done, you will need to present the client with your report.
Your findings will inform the customer with what work will need to be done on the property, and your demeanor, expertise, and overall people skills are going to dictate whether or not that customer decides to move ahead with our proposed works.
