What Our Technicians Mean To Us

Our technicians are vital to the business. Whilst everyone who works for Timberwise has a crucial part to play in our customers journey, our technicians are the lynchpins that most of our work will be judged on.

Tasked with delivering the work our surveyors recommend, our technicians are the support staff our customers are looking for when their property develops a problem with damp, woodworm, rot, or any of the major property care issues that our business deals with.

Not only will our technician team be responsible for dealing with these problems, but they will need to be in the company of our customers for the amount of time that the job they are on takes.

This means that we rely on our technicians to project a positive and lasting impression on our customers as professional, courteous and respectful in all elements of their job. It’s possible that our technicians, more than any other element of Timberwise, are going to be judged on the quality of their impact of their work and impact on our customers journey.

This is why we make it the highest priority to recruit only the best in the field to reflect the lasting quality and trustworthiness that Timberwise represents as a brand.
