Timberwise Guarantee Claim

In the unlikely event of the works carried out by Timberwise failing you may wish to make a claim on the long term guarantee that was issued when the work was carried out. To commence the claim process please complete the form below, uploading any relevant documents to help substantiate your claim. Please note there is a fee for the re-inspection of £180 (inc VAT) which is to be paid in advance of the re-inspection taking place. Payment can be made over the phone when customer services contact you to arrange the re-inspection. This fee will be reimbursed in full should the problem be covered by the Timberwise (UK) Ltd guarantee and therefore our responsibility. There are a number of important documents required to help process your guarantee claim – these are as follows:

  • The Guarantee Certificate
  • The Survey Report(s)
  • The Sketch Plan(s)
  • The Quotation(s)
  • The Copy Invoice paid for the works carried out

If you are not in possession of some of these documents you should check with your solicitor to see whether they are filed with the deeds of the property.
