Craig is a highly skilled specialist in structural repairs and building remediation, serving as a Managing Surveyor for Timberwise. His expertise focuses on diagnosing and specifying solutions for structural defects, including cavity wall tie failure, crack stitching, timber window repairs, and structural timber resin repairs, helping to restore the integrity and longevity of buildings.

Craig began his career as a technician, gaining valuable hands-on experience before progressing through various roles within the construction industry. This practical foundation has given him a deep understanding of building structures and how structural issues develop over time. Since joining Timberwise in 2019, Craig has continued to build on this experience, achieving both the Certificated Surveyor in Remedial Treatment (CSRT) and Certificated Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing (CSSW) qualifications.

Based in Rochdale, Craig works closely with clients providing clear technical advice and carefully considered repair specifications. Known for his attention to detail and analytical approach, he specialises in identifying the underlying causes of structural defects and delivering cost-effective, long-term repair strategies that protect the value and safety of properties.

As a Managing Surveyor, Craig plays an important role in supporting clients and colleagues alike, bringing technical expertise, reliability, and professionalism to every project.

Outside of work, Craig is Chairman of his local golf society, enjoys coaching rugby, and can often be found cheering on Manchester United.
