Formerly part of the BWPDA (British Wood Preservation Association), the PCA is a trade association that represents the property preservation industry. This includes a range of sectors including damp proofing, structural waterproofing, structural repairs and timber preservation. The PCA takes measures to ensure that all its members provide the best practice and technical guidance.

Which? Trusted Traders is an independent organisation, who describe themselves as the UK’s consumer champions. RIBA Chartered Architects must achieve a certain level of Continued Performance Development (CPD) in order to remain a member. Our structural waterproofing CPD Seminar is RIBA approved and therefore contributes towards the requirements that chartered members must meet each year to maintain their competence.
