Timberwise have been nominated for three awards in the Property Care Association’s 16th annual Property Care Awards.
Held annually since its inception in 2011, the Property Care Awards recognise all PCA members for their achievements throughout the year, highlighted by nine awards over three categories. This year’s ceremony will be held on 12 November 2026, where the winners and highly commended entries will be announced.
This year, Timberwise has been nominated for Project of the Year in the Project Awards Category, as well as the Training and Development award in the Business Awards Category. Timberwise previously won the Training and Development award in 2025, alongside a ‘Highly Commended’ award for its work in promoting Health and Safety in construction.
Special congratulations also go out to Stuart McGinlay, Timberwise’s Managing Surveyor for Scotland, on being nominated for The All Star award in the People Awards individual category. Stuart is a PCA approved waterproofing design specialist, and joined Timberwise in 2022 to aid in the firm’s regional expansion into Scotland. Our Scottish operations have gone from strength to strength since Stuart joined the team, quickly becoming one of Timberwise’s highest-performing regions.
Timberwise Managing Director George Edwards and the wider Timberwise leadership team recognise the immense effort put in by Stuart, the Training and Development team, and the entire Timberwise team for pulling together and working so hard to ensure the projects we work on can be considered award-worthy. We firmly believe these and other acknowledgements continue to promote Timberwise as an industry leader at the forefront of excellence within the specialist property care industry. We are delighted to have the opportunity to repeat last year’s successes.
